Engineering first, and everything else after.

We started because too much software in this region was being bought twice. Once badly, then again properly. We do the second version first. Small senior teams, written specifications, code you own outright, and a maintenance path that does not depend on us being in the room.

Three stages, no surprises.

Step 01

Scope

We write down exactly what is being built, what it costs and when it lands. You approve it before anyone opens an editor.

Step 02

Build

Two-week cycles with a working demo at the end of each. You see progress, not status reports.

Step 03

Handover

Documentation, credentials, a walkthrough and a support window. The system is yours, including if you leave us.

We use AI through the build - drafting, review and test coverage - so the cycles stay short. A person still reviews everything that ships.
