What we collect
When you use a form on this site (contact, careers or internship application) we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, and anything else the specific form asks for, such as a phone number, company name, or resume file. We also automatically record the IP address a submission came from, stored as a salted hash rather than in plain text, and a timestamp.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a job or internship application, and keep a record of business communication. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and evaluating applications.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Unsuccessful job and internship applications, including any resume file, are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, such as a session cookie. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the deletion request form below, or email hello@malnadtech.com.
