Project work
Malnad Tech delivers custom software and design work under a written scope of work agreed with each client before a project begins. Payment terms, milestones and any refund conditions specific to a project are set out in that written agreement, not on this page.
Deposits
Where a deposit is taken to begin a project, it is generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Disputes
If you believe a payment was taken in error, or you have a dispute about work delivered, contact us at hello@malnadtech.com and we will review it against the signed scope of work.
